HOW TO USE
Recommended usage for males:
- add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of ice cold water or milk.
- You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve desired flavor and consistency. Shake well or blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Drink and enjoy!

- add 1 scoop to 4 ounces ice cold water or milk.
